I help enterprise teams adopt AI and ship it into daily work.
I build internal AI applications, connect frontier models like Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex to the work teams already do, and run the adoption work that makes the tools stick.
Currently: AI Enablement Consultant at Meta, a client engagement through Avicado. Based in St. Petersburg, FL. Fully remote, travel welcome.
Flagship build
One system, documented end to end: the problem, the architecture, who approves what, and what the checks have caught.
An agent-run research and publishing operation
I run my own businesses on agent workflows I designed. Agents research, draft, file, and monitor. I keep every approval that matters: nothing public, financial, or submitted goes out without my review. The system ships a daily publication, files source-checked research analyses, and watches markets and deadlines in the background.
Work
Five areas. Each one framed the same way: the problem, what got built, who uses it, and what changed.
AI at Meta, Procurement
Problem: a global procurement team working across spreadsheets, disconnected data, and manual recurring processes, with AI tools available but not yet part of daily work.
Built: internal AI applications on Meta's platform and Google Workspace that the team uses in daily work. Automations for recurring procurement workflows. A single source of truth for vendor rates, pulled from separate Excel sheets covering 160+ vendors and three years of history into one governed dataset a team of 50 relies on for rate accuracy. Executive dashboards leadership uses to track procurement value.
Outcome: the systems are in daily production use, documented, and owned end to end by me, embedded with the team.
SkyWay Signal
Problem: home service businesses are invisible in AI answers. ChatGPT and Google AI name their competitors because their websites and profiles are not built to be cited.
Built: an AI visibility service with a free scan as the front door: deterministic checks on a business's web presence, a plain English report with no scores and no invented numbers, and a done-for-you fix. Behind it, a daily content system on agent workflows, with every post researched, drafted, and published only after my approval.
Outcome: live product, daily publication, and a working case study in AI operations. skywaysignal.com
Sideout AI
Problem: beach volleyball clubs, coaches, and jobs are scattered across hundreds of disconnected pages, invisible to search and AI alike.
Built: a national club directory covering 377 clubs in 38 states, programmatic city and state pages, coaching guides, a jobs board with structured posting data, and a weekly podcast. Built to be ranked by Google and cited by AI answers.
Outcome: a live platform that doubles as a build-in-public case study in search and AI visibility. sideoutvb.ai
Pelican City
Problem: a local volleyball brand needs the same operational discipline as any business: a team, a store, events, and content, run by one person.
Built: a tournament team competing at AVP Grass Nationals, a merchandise store, and a content operation covering local beach volleyball.
Outcome: proof of operator range beyond the desk. The same systems thinking, applied to sport. More in Volleyball below.
Personal AI builds
Problem: one person cannot manually research markets, monitor prices and deadlines, draft content, and track applications across several businesses and a job search.
Built: agent systems on Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex with API integrations and Python scripting: research pipelines that file source-checked analyses, monitoring watches with strict alert rules, daily briefings and digests, and a drafting operation where the agent prepares and I approve. The flagship write-up covers the design in full.
Outcome: several operations that would each take hours a day now run in the background, with my judgment kept on every decision that leaves the machine. Read the flagship write-up
Volleyball
The other career. Semi-pro beach volleyball out of Tampa Bay: player, coach, and founder. It is also where two of my ventures come from. Full interactive career page →
On the court
I compete in open-level beach volleyball across Florida and the Southeast, training year round out of St. Petersburg. At 6'6" I play as a blocker, and the training load is periodized like the rest of my work: strength days, court days, and recovery, all tracked.
AVP record:
· Career best: 2nd place at the NORCECA event in San Jose, Costa Rica (2024) with Garrett Bucklin, capping a NORCECA season ranked 5th.
· Best AVP finish: 3rd at Pompano Beach (2026) with Alex Ukkelberg.
· Manhattan Beach Open 2023: main draw with Alex Ukkelberg out of the qualifier, and a first round upset of the #7 seeds, Brewster and Friend, 27-25 and 16-14 in the second and third sets.
· Waupaca 2022: 5th place with Guille Jimenez.
· Muskegon 2022: with Frank Field, played one of the longest sets in AVP history, 41-39, two points shy of the tour record.
Full record: 40 tournaments across the AVP, FIVB, and NORCECA tours. Explore the complete results table
This fall my competing is on the AVP, FIVB, and NORCECA tours. Off the court I sponsor and run Team Pelican City, which plays AVP Grass Nationals, October 23 to 25, 2026, at High Springs Sports Complex.

Team Pelican City
Pelican City is my volleyball brand and tournament operation: events, a sponsored team, a merchandise line, and a content operation covering Tampa Bay beach and grass volleyball. The announced Grass Nationals squad is Pedro Carvalho, Sami Jindyeh, and Carlos Jimenez. I sponsor and run the team off the court. Full Pelican City page

Coaching
I coach beach volleyball in the Tampa Bay area, working with adult players who want structured training instead of open play. The coaching runs on the same principles as my enablement work: diagnose what is actually breaking down, drill that, measure whether it changed.
Sideout AI and the volleyball builds
The sport is also my testbed. Sideout AI started as a directory for the clubs I kept looking up, and grew into a national platform with a jobs board, guides, and a weekly podcast. If you want the business version, it is in Work above.
About
I came up through enterprise delivery: IT project management and product ownership, then AI project management at Brown & Brown Insurance, where I scoped enterprise AI use cases, built the governance frameworks behind them, and led adoption in a regulated environment. In June 2026 I moved to Avicado as an AI Enablement Consultant, embedded at Meta with the Procurement team.
On the side I build and run my own ventures, SkyWay Signal and Sideout AI, on the same agent systems I would deploy for a client. I would rather show working systems than describe them.
Outside work: semi-pro beach volleyball with Pelican City in Tampa Bay. It keeps me honest about what practice and repetition actually do.
